PET (Poly Ethylene Terepthlate) make bottles using ISBM process (commonly referred to as Single Stage bottle moulding) of Japan based ASB Nissei often stand out due to their excellent clarity and gloss. Alternatively, blending PET resin with masterbatch can also produce translucent and opaque PET bottles of different colours, enhancing the product richness and embellishing it with an elevated edge in comparison to its peers. Unlike EBM, this process merits an added advantage of not generating any pinch offs for regrinding which ensures that the Virgin or PCR-Virgin mixed bottles retain their intrinsic shine. Ranges on offer start from 15 ml and go up to 500 ml pack size. Many of our opaque bottles are made of HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) or PP (Poly Propylene) using either IBM and EBM technology. Some products (for instance viscous lotions) preferably need a rigid pack that offers a reasonable degree of squeezability for better product dispensation and HDPE is the ideal polymer for such use cases. Additionally, the matte surface finish offered by HDPE bottles appeals to the visual aesthetics of some customers making it their preferred polymer of choice.
